His Story
Meet little Leo!
The lady who owner-surrendered sweet, tiny Leo told us that she bought him from a breeder when he was 12 weeks old. She did not realize the commitment of time and energy it takes to train and work with a puppy. She is busy going to school and raising her young daughter, so she reached out to Refuge Rescue to find him a good home and to get him neutered so that he will not be used for breeding.
Leo is a full Yorkshire Terrier and currently weighs 2.8 lbs. He was born 9/6/19. His adoption fee is $400 and includes his upcoming neuter, microchip, Rabies vaccine and other vetting.
