Her Story

Meet KIRA.

A kind neighbor became her guardian when her owners, who were being evicted, stated they planned to just leave the pup in the apartment when they left. This Good Samaritan knew his life wasn’t the most optimum for raising and caring for a puppy, so he immediately worked to find her a home… but felt like the people interested didn’t have this baby’s well-being in mind and most were turning out to be a bit too sketchy and untrustworthy when it came to providing her a loving, safe life – so he asked us to help her.

How could we say no? Just look at her!

She’s 10-weeks-old and about 7 pounds. We’ve discussed it in depth and used our best-guess skills to determine her heritage. Just guessing (because we have no idea for sure), we think she is Blue Heeler mixed with Schnauzer mixed with Husky mixed with Raccoon. : )

She has the most beautiful coloring, markings and patterns – along with the sweetest, cutest personality ever. She’s very outgoing and loving, too. Check out her bum. Is that ring around her tail not just the best puppy butt ever??
