Her Story:
PICKLES IS DOING GREAT!
She has started to relax more and more. Baby steps.. but she’s adjusting to her new surroundings and the hands-on attention she’s getting from our kennel staff and volunteers. As some of you know, Pickles got out of the transport car when the advocate stopped for gas 40 miles from where they picked her up. She was afraid and on her own for about a week before a nice couple was able to trap her and bring her to our rescue.
Pickles is Molly’s daughter (she is a current Refuge Rescue girl in a great foster home). We also previously rescued Pickles brother Augie and sister Bella (now Stella) as well as a litter of 6 puppies that Molly had after we brought her to the rescue to be spayed (Molly’s owners did not know she was pregnant – had kept her outside chained to a cinder block).
Pickles adoption fee is $300 and includes her spay, microchip, Bordetella vaccine and other vetting.
