Her Story

Sweet Tess came to Refuge Rescue from a horrific puppy mill in Nashville, GA where she spent the first 7 years of her life. Our goal is to find her a loving home and family where she will be treated like she so deserves. Tess is a shy, sweet 7 year old Chihuahua mix and she weighs 10 lbs. As she gained confidence and trust at our rescue, she also became best friends with Alyssa, a tiny black/white Pomeranian who also came from the same puppy mill in March. These girls are so close that we would like to adopt them out together if at all possible. Tess is spayed and microchipped, is current on all vaccines and is on flea/heart worm prevention.
