Her Story

We rescued Emerson, along with 7 of her siblings in March from a rural shelter. They guessed their breed mix to be Labrador Retriever and Black Mouth Cur, but they look kind of “boxer-y” to us. We adopted her out to who we thought would be her forever family. The lady that adopted her recently started working much longer hours and hated to leave Emerson in a crate for so many hours each day. She decided to bring her back to us to find Emerson a new family. Emerson doesn’t understand why she had to leave her home but was fortunate to go back to the wonderful foster home that cared for her when we first rescued her. Emerson is a very sweet, cuddly and active puppy. Her favorite activity is running and playing in the yard. She is very friendly to kids and other dogs/puppies, walks well on leash and has been potty-trained using a bell at the door. She is not 100% yet but is doing pretty well. Please give Emerson the Forever home that she so deserves. She is spayed, is current on heart worm/flea prevention and is up-to-date on vaccinations.
